Blakes Hair and Beauty was first established by Paul Blake in 1980, and prides itself on being a friendly, welcoming and professional salon in Dover Street, central Canterbury. 

In 2023 Blakes became BYou Salon, still run by the same established team.   We offer a wide range of the latest hair & beauty treatments, services and professional products, so we can give our clients the best possible experience.

Our guests love visiting us for our excellent customer service and some of the best haircuts, colours & beauty treatments in Kent. We offer a superb range of hair and beauty treatments and pride ourselves on offering the highest standards. 

We believe that by offering the widest range of treatments, services and professional products, we can give our clients the best possible experience. We constantly listen to our clients' needs and adapt our services and products to what you want.

During a personal consultation, we will assess your hair and listen to you to enable us to create the perfect hairstyle or colour for you.  We are proud to use Moroccanoil and Wella haircare products for the best possible results.

When it comes to beauty, you can also expect the best. Our beauty therapists are highly trained and Ashli, our beauty manager, is a Dermalogica skin care expert.  Our beauty services include the latest Dermalogica facial and body treatments including microdermabrasion and skin peels.  We also offer relaxing massage, waxing hair removal, lash extensions, brow lamination... and much more!
